Social Media Content contract clause for employee or contractor

[insert specifications on profile post versus story post if relevant]. [employee name] may post about any products and/or services [change if relevant] from [company]. [employee name] must tag [insert company handles on relevant social media platforms]. Any public post [employee name] tag the [company] in are assumed eligible for the [company] to reuse and repost in perpetuity. [employee name] may not post about any other company when on [company] premise or when [company] logo can be seen.The copyright for any content made as part of employee contract remains jointly shared with [company] and [employee name] even after termination of agreement with [employee name] and [company] may choose to continue to share said content.
All employees of of [company], are expected to demonstrate best practices and appropriate etiquette on all personal social media accounts, including but not limited to the following:
